**1. Use of Services:**

2.1 **Ride Requests:** By using Hala Cabs, you can request transportation services from independent drivers who are not employed by Hala Cabs.

2.2 **Payment:** You agree to pay the applicable fare for the transportation services provided by Hala Cabs drivers. Payment is processed electronically through the Hala Cabs app.

2.3 **Cancellation:** You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a ride request after a certain period or fail to show up for a scheduled ride.

**3. User Content:**

3.1 **Submission:** You may submit feedback, comments, or other content to Hala Cabs. By submitting such content, you grant Hala Cabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

3.2 **Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for any content you submit to Hala Cabs, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

**4. Intellectual Property:**

4.1 **Ownership:** All intellectual property rights in the Hala Cabs app and website, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Hala Cabs or its licensors.

4.2 **License:** Hala Cabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app and website for your personal, non-commercial use.

**5. Disclaimer of Warranties:**
